1 | Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing 📧 nishitabeauty0310@gmail.com with your order number and unboxing images.


To maintain product hygiene, opened or used skincare items cannot be returned once sealed packaging is removed.


2 | Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is initiated. 

We strive to make this process as smooth and reassuring as your Ni-Shita experience.


3 | Exchange Option

If an exchange is possible (for the same product or similar value), our support team will coordinate the replacement at no additional cost.
We’ll share the updated tracking details once your new item ships.


4 | Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order becomes non-cancellable to preserve logistics efficiency and product quality.


5 | Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:

Products that have been opened or tested.

Complimentary samples and promotional bundles.

Limited-edition or discounted products.
